It’s the little attention to details everywhere, like it’s an obsession, from washrooms to traffic signals to food.. I’ve never had a beer can that transform into a glass, and this was possible all along
It would be amazing to see this obsession with attention to detail across the board in experiences in India.
Even if the government doesn’t do it, brands can, products can, companies can, B2B, B2C, D2C.. all the jim jam.. wherever there’s direct experience..
And focusing to improve little little experiences, because if you give somebody an experience, it’s like the beginning of a relationship. Its all ❤️
